The Region

Islands of various size dot the landscape of this realm; some far larger than the rest. Few are large enough to contain settlements while one, Oileán na dealga, is large enough to play host to the trade hub and capital, Draighean.

Many of these islands formed on the backs of old fauna and flora before the great forces of time emplaced them together during the ages of the ancients. As such, the dense forests of the realm battle constantly with the sharp precipices formed from younger mountains and uplift. The lesser used roads upon Draighean can be steep in places and washed out from recent rainfall, while the main road that encircles the island is well maintained.
